THE DETAILS Canada’s Cosmetic Regulations allow the use of the generic term ‘parfum’ in lieu of listing individual fragrance ingredients currently. The proposed changes would require the disclosure of contact fragrance allergens on either the label or the beauty brand’s website (depending on the size of the product).
