THE DETAILS Quoting legal documents seen by TMZ, the newspaper reports that Sasha Palma’s payment for two photo shoots she took part in in 2020 was delayed by more than 30 days and non-payment incurred penalties amounting to US$60,000.
THE WHY? A representative for the Coty-owned beauty brand told TMZ that the company holds proof of timely payment to the plaintiff and that it was likely that Palma’s agent failed to forward the funds to their client.
